What do I need to bring when I have my computer serviced at your office?

For a desktop: Bring just the computer itself. If you are having problems with an external device or computer program, bring along the device or the software for the program.

For a Laptop: Do the same at the desktop, but also bring your power adapter.

How long should a computer last?

We find that computers last about 3 to 4 years for their usefulness. The hardware can usually last longer than that, but technology becomes obsolete and causes the user to not be able to do things they would like to with too old of a computer.

Do you really offer 24 hour support?

Yes! We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 a year. Just call our office at 408-260-1601. If it is after hours, press 8 and leave a message. Someone will get back to you within 30 minutes. (Additional charges may apply for after hours support)
